An Update

There has been an update to the registration form! Instead of transaction number, we now require you to provide us the initials that you type into the transaction that will appear on the bank statement instead. This will facilitate our identification and approval of your payment and forms. The online form has been duly updated. (If you've already filled up the older version, don't fret! You can still use your old form; just remember to SMS us your initials on your payment transaction!)
